No internet connection

I have followed all instructions and unplugged router etc since last night - switched all devices off overnight and switched back in this morning - still says I have no internet

@JustineFixter log into the My Sky app using a mobile connection to check if Sky arexaware of a faulr affecting your line, if tgey aren't call themto report to report the issue so they can get Openreach to check the line.
