@TRACY411 Network is a shared resource, so with the speed you are talking about will assume you have the FF900 sky package.
If your PC is capable off doing so then you should see up around the 900Mb/s Ethernet speed test. But if something else is busy on the network it can be lower and if External is busy, ie busy time it will be lower when you test. Couple off speed test's below if you wish to try.

Thank you. Noticed light on back of hub is orange, reading up it says restricted to 100mbps, not very well versed on computers, checked ethernet set to gigafast and also PC set to auto speed. No idea where to go now.
Have only a Google mesh (3) set with ethernet and very little on WiFi currently.

@TRACY411 What sky hub do you have, and Orange on the back off the Ethernet connections will indicate that they have connected at the 100Mb/s Fast Ethernet port speed, Cable needs all 8 Cores to work at the 1Gb/s speed sync rate, one bad core and the cable is slow!!!!
LHS light Green is 1Gb/s, Orange is 100Mb/s, RHS light is the data light flashes as data is sent back/forth between devices!
Windows PC network icon, right click and properties will show the sync speed, should be 1000/1000 in the value!

@JimM1 thank you for taking time again to reply.
Its a new ethernet cable CAT6.
Checked PC and it has 1000mbps.
I will hopefully chat with Sky tomorrow to see if there is anything else we should do.
Had this full fibre for a while now but it's when you need it you see how slow it is.
All speed checkers are saying roughly 120mbps, sky checker said we had 666 today... when!

@TRACY411 You said one off the Ethernet ports was orange, Then if so something is at the 100Mb/s speed, if it is the WAN port 4 then you are going to be down in speed!

@JimM1 I'm getting lost with it all. Checked my laptop with ethernet and I get a much higher speed on Wifi than I do with ethernet too.

@TRACY411 You are going to have to remove your google mesh system! it is looking like that is messing with your sky hub!

@TRACY411 We need to establish what is good and what is working. You can only do this with ONE device, to get a baseline. So disconnect the Ethernet off the Mesh system, connect the PC to the sky Hub and speed test that, if the PC is good, the sky Hub is good then speed will go upto full so if FF900 is what you have the hub should return a real good speed ie 900Mb/s download / 110 Mb/s upload.
After this is established we go onward one at a time! until it is found what is causing your major slow down!
