Slow download speed

Our download speed keeps dropping to almost 0 however the app says there are no faults. Is there anything I can try to be able to stream Netflix etc

@Mateface11 What is the normal speed that you have for your system and which sky hub do you have? Is the speed issue just a new occurence or something else has happened to cause like i did an upgrade before and now it's poor. Link to hubs below.
