Slow, continually dropping out

Our internet is persistently slow and continually stops working. I work from home and cannot hold online meetings even when home alone and using no other WiFi devices. I cannot watch the iPlayer (for example) and send an email without the tv connection stopping. These are basic expectations which are not being met. We have had several engineers out and no resolution. The WiFi connection drops out daily on numerous occasions.

I have the exact same problem. Locked in a 24 month contract too.
