My internet speed are so slow, I upgraded to your superfast package and it's more atrocious than the last package. It is so slow please sort it out otherwise I'm gonna cancel it, I have a booster which is useless the television upstairs continually buffers and downstairs continually with a little round circle of death this shouldn't happen please sort it out
