Slow connection and poor connectivity

My connection has been so poor this last week, I'm even having to turn off my phone wifi to access this app. I can't have camera's on for teams calls but the wifi checker... when it actually loads is stating no issues

Same here everything says fine but it's appallingly! Do t know what to do, daughter works from home and it's terrible for her
