Slow downloads

Our broardband has not been working for months, either cutting off in the middle of conversations or not loading pages fast, it sometimes takes a minute, we are not excepting anymore excuses, this has been going on for years, we even paid extra for a faster speed which never helped, when I have friends around they can never connect to our WiFi, it is ridiculous.

@Jules1231 If you are having broadband issues why have you posted in the Sky mobile section? the 2 services are not releated.
