Slow broadband

My sky broadband connection has completely deteriorated. I have just renewed my contract and suddenly the service doesn't work

@San9 very unlikely that the renewal of your contract is the cause of your current issue it is far more likely to be a coincidence.  You do not give details of what the oroblem is but as a first step run the tests here Sky Broadband Diagnostiic Test
