Slow broadband

Ive recently changed to faster broadband and the internet is always slow; facebook always says waiting for network and my husband is unable to carryout zoom calls for work when needed. So frustrating. All the tests says our service is good but it isnt .

I have the same issue. 

the app says everything looks good but then says my speed is 0.3mb whilst im guaranteed 22.5. 
it doesn't record the 0.3 as the last reading though.
