Slow broadband

My broadband is being slow. My phone can't connect to it and i cannot carry out zoom calls which is critical for my job role. I am getting constant notifications about private relay on my phone and ever since I am getting weird emails into my inbox

Private relay can be disabled on your iPhone/ipad if you do not want to use it so go to settings and search for it.
