Slow broadband

Slow broadband, tested by Sky and yes it might be slow but is above the guarantee that they gave me, This has only started happening it appropriately the last four weeks, there suggestion upgrade my broadband. Are they slowing it on purpose, to get even more money out of me, I'm already paying over £200 every month. What a way to treat someone who has been with them over 23 years. Can anyone help?

No, and hopefully £200 is for rather more than broadband.
