Slow broadband

hello, for last couple weeks i got problem with internet speed is low  arround 50-250mb/s 

i was check on couple testing web site  and result is same, sometimes my download speed is 300 and upload is 700.

i dont know where is problem, was restart citifibre device and router many times and is not resolve problem

@Tomasz14 how are you testing speeds? If over WiFi it is probable you are simply measuring spedds of the WiFi in your home. To get axreliable test result use a device connected by a gigabit Ethernet link. Sky check speeds to your hub daily you can see the last three weekscresults in the ServicecChecker in the My Sky app. 

Sky can only guarantee speeds to the hub as WiFi speeds are affected by the layout of your home.
