Slow broadband

My broadband has been slow for 3 days falling below guarantee. Engineer here yesterday and pronounced it was all ok now.

@Derekroylee if the soeed test results in the My Sky app are not starting to recover (the systems can take a few days to fully recover the lost speed) call Sky and tell them the work was unsuccesful.
