Slow broadband

I'm new to sky broadband only had it a few months but I'm only getting maximum 4 bars. At the moment only 2. It's incredibly frustrating I could sign into my universal credit today and it's causing problems. I've run the self help checks and everything comes back ok. Any help greatly appreciated
