Broadband slow

Broadband very slow and keeps dropping out - the problem appears to be getting worse.

I've done your on-line test and it states 'all good' but it definately isn't.

I reported this issue sometime ago and one of your engineer's managed to fix the problem remotely.

There is now fible in the area and Virgin Media have been knocking at my door to try and get us to change.
