Hello!
I've recent upgraded from the previous package of around 150mbs download to 500mbs package, however the speed I've been receiving has been around 170-190 mbs? Surely this is unacceptable? I understand the speed would vary in the first few days but this has been going on since I signed up 3 days ago.

We are in the same situation, upgrade June/July time to ultra fast plus and it's been terrible... worse than ever! We have had 2 engineers out and can never find an issue. Just done a speed test and we aren't even getting 1 mbps download speed.

Can you please post a screenshot of a speedtest taken on an ethernet connected device?

That screenshot looks to be taken from an iPhone, not an ethernet connected PC/Mac.
Your connection speed over WiFi will be dictated by the local WiFi conditions, these conditions can mean that is not always possible to attain speeds near your line speed value. Hence why it is recommended to use ethernet and only speedtests taken by ethernet hold ground against the speed value Sky are promising you.
