I need to renew my broadband but the app says it's not in my area although I've had it for the last three years ... help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI'm not clear what you're trying to do. If you're an existing Sky Broadband customer you don't need to renew. If your discount term has come to an end, your broadband contract will continue as it did before, but ypu'll be paying the standard, list price, until you contact Sky to see if you can negotiate a new 18 months discount deal. The easiest way to do that is to give Sky a call.
