Slow broadband speed

Hello 

I have Sky Broadband Superfast and over at least the last 30 days i have been getting 71.7 Mb/s (speed to my hub) but the last 3 days the speed has dropped to 19.8 Mb/s as per the service checker. All tests comeback green. The service checker cant resvole this what do i do.
