Open Reach permission to work email
I have recieved a text message saying I need to respond to email to give permission for open reach to carry out work to connect my new broadband, however I haven't recieved this email. I have checked my junk folder and it isn't there either. Could you inform me how I can go about giving permission for the work to be carried out?

Give Sky a call as they might be able to update Openreach for you.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Re: Open Reach permission to work email
Thanks, I managed to get in touch with Sky and they have asked open reach to resend the email. Hopefully that will come through soon.
