Slow broadband soeed

Since having the broadband from Sky it has been running below the guaranteed speed always has done. Done all the recommended fixes to no avail. I have sent emails to Sky but have had no response. Hat do I need to do to rectify ?

@Doug110 Who are you e-mailing, complaints is the only one that you need to do! Service checker and it's 30 day history is what is required for you to look at, Broadband and the > to expand and see!
