Slow broadband/signal dropping

Since yesterday our Broadband has been very slow and has been dropping out. I've reset the Sky Q box and the router to no effect. The online tester has shown no faults anywhere 3 times. I called the technical helpline (and got cut-off), but on my second call the automated check found a fault in the in-home setup however when I finally got to speak to a person, I got cut-off again.
