Slow broadband and wrong contact number

My broadband is very slow all the time and I have tried all the advice given to me by you but it is still very slow. Also you have two phone numbers on my account and the 01241 number is wrong. Please help me as I cannot get in touch with anyone in your company.

Hi Thomas. This is a customer to customer forum, although Sky employees are floating around occasionally. Your best bet is to call Sky on 150 and ignore all the offers of texts etc, stay on the line and you'll get through to speak to someone.
