Slow apps

We switched from BT to Sky Full Fibre and since the installation, websites take several seconds before they start loading. Facebook comments and Instagram search are very slow and often take 40 seconds to load pages/comments. The My Sky app shows 306 Mbps, and our phones get about 289 Mbps on Wi-Fi, so this isn't a speed issue. It affects multiple Android phones and laptops, but these devices work fine on mobile data

Have you tried disabling Sky Shield? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-using

Yes, done that and it hasn't made any difference
