Slow and unstable internet

Done all the usual, reset hub, ethernet only connection, made sure nothing else is downloading, changed the channel, rebooted the wifi boosters, connection still pants.

Internet speed test

Testing upload…
3.23

Mbps download

0.08

Supposed to be a 70 down and 20 up line.

Won't be renewing at this rate. the whole "help" system is designed to provide as little help as possible.

@SlowNetJoke

Threatening to not renew wont get you anywhere on the forum as its mainly customer to customer based.

If you want help please post your router stats

Unfortunately the copper part of an FTTC circuit is quite susceptible to that kind of impairment, and it would need to be resolved by Openreach.  Note that any other FTTC ISP you switched to would just inherit the same issue.
