@Kksk69 Sky only really guarantee speds to your hub. WiFi. Speeds in your home depend on its layout and type of construction so are notvsomething they can control. In many homes a single free Sky hub is insufficent to give usable wifi in every room. Sky will sell you an add-on called WiFi max see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max which can help or you can buy your own kit.
