Video calls
For the last few days when doing video calls be that with FaceTime, WhatsApp or Messenger it keeps freezing during the video calls I have restated the router but it is still happening although says on test of wifi that all is good but it isn't as this has only started in the last few days. Can you help please. Thank you

@Glazebrook65 video calls need a stable data feed of at least 10Mb/s up and down. You can run a speedtest to see what speeds your device is getting. If that looks sufficent but calls still drop tgen the issue is likely to be inteference which canncome from your neighbour's networks or even from your own equipment keep any wireless devicesxwell away from the hub and you device.
Ideally use an ethernet cable as that is by far the best connection for working from home. Otherwise move closer to the hub or consider upgrading the WiFi in your home.
