My WiFi to my pc is so slow - my VPN crashes several times a day & I am getting trouble at work as it looks like I'm not working. This happens every Monday and Tuesday when I'm wfh. I had an engineer out in April who changed a few things to my router but it is still SO slow or completely not working.

VPNs require a keep,alive message if one goes missing because of interference the link drops and given that Wifi is affected by interference the riask is far higher. If you have to use wifi move closer to the hub, make sure the hub is out in open not on the floor and you may want to consider getting better wifi kit than a single free Sky hub.

The hub isn't on the floor and is out in the open. I don't think we should have to buy a better piece of equipment - we pay enough and promised ultra fast broadband - which we are not getting to the device we need it for. If this can be fixed with a better piece of equipment then it should be automatically provided.. we aren't requesting something out of the ordinary - just to be able to get wifi to my pc so that I can work?! Not impressed - will look elsewhere- sick of it not being fit for purpose and costing a fortune
