Slow WiFi in some rooms

Have slow WiFi in some rooms in me house. I have 1 WiFi extender but have to move it around depending on where I'm using the internet. Can you send me another WiFi extender puck as I'm entitled to another one according to my contract. Thank you

@Paul26262  You would need to call Sky and request another one. They will go through some steps to see what can be done.
