@Ajay5 uf tge WiFi signal is poor either move closer tomthe hub or consider getting better wifi kit. Sky will sell you an add on which can give you up,to 3 WiFi extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you could buy your own equipment and use thst instead.
