Internet speed

Sky Broadband speed low.  A test indicates approx 25mbs. I understand I should be getting 36. Please advise.

@Skydiver12 if youbare measuring speed on a device connected by wifi youbare most likely just measuring thecspeed of thecwifibconnection in your home. Sky only guarantee the speed to the hub to see that run the Service Checker in the My Sky app if you click on thecspeed it will show the recent history and the guaranteed speed for your line.
