Slow Speeds

So I've been promised speeds of minimum 37 mbps when right now I'm on maximum 5, I've had this WiFi for 2 weeks now so there shouldn't be no excuses anymore

Re: Slow Speeds

@CooPz24 If you run the service checker, look at the broadband you will be able to see what sky have for the period on there checks off once per day!

This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.

This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs

Re: Slow Speeds

Well my max speed is 6mbps now I know for a fact that isn't good enough at all especially when I've been promised way higher than that, I can't even do anything on it, it's saying on the app that there's a problem with the connection of the hub but I went to fix it and do every step it said and it's still not working, if it's gunna be like this though I wanna look to move elsewhere and have a refund

Re: Slow Speeds

@CooPz24 When you run the service checker, then if you click on the broadband you will see every day result for the 14 day's period that your hub has been connected to the system for the daily check that sky makes!

Re: Slow Speeds

@CooPz24 If that is correct, then you need to call sky and have them run a diagnostic against your line and the hub, without knowing what you have it is difficult but pointing towards a poor line connection.
