Wi-Fi constantly disconnecting – need to switch to mobile data

Hello,

My Sky Wi-Fi has been performing very poorly lately. It keeps disconnecting or becoming so slow that I constantly have to switch to mobile data to continue working or using the internet.

I’ve already tried restarting the router several times, but the issue keeps coming back.

Is there anything I can do to improve the connection? Or could this be a problem on Sky’s end?

@Mayaramm Two things, first do the service checker and have a look round to see what sky thinks off the connection and the devices, there is a whole history in the Broadband so DO click and have a look.

Second is run the diagnostic to test, if it does not find an issue, then it is a call to sky to have them run and check what is going on. Both links are below.
