I have been doing several speed checks at random times this week and currently the AVERAGE speed is
Mbps Download: 0.97
Mbps Upload: 0.41
When we check the service, it says everything is fine, but clearly the above would say otherwise..
We have done all the trouble shooting Sky tells you to do online and through the phone, but nothing is helping.
Have come to the conclusion it must be the line into our home or the Sky Hub box, must be faulty. However Sky won't do anything about these...
Time to leave or anyone have any other ideas what to do?

It is downstairs in the living room. Nothing blocking it or it is not near any walls.
Yeah the flucuations, but it is getting more common the speed is low. We can't even work from home now as it is too up and down.
Never had a problem before and started at the start of this year.
