Internet drop

Router has an Amber light for Internet. Then occasionally connects green, but quickly drops. My browser keeps opening sky self heal which then proceeds to tell me sky hub is busy.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @RY4N1 currently we are seeing loads of these reports probably linked to very wet weather. I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
