slow speeds today, only 16mb going into the router,
seem to have some persistent issues with the line recently.
any comments/thoughts?

Can see from your router stats that you have a high noise margin of 10.8 and it should be 6.0. with a drop in the connection 1 hour and 32 mintues ago when you put up the router stats.

thanks @Highlinder , ran the line tests but didn't show any faults.
Called Sky and they have now arranged an engineer to come out as line tests showing ok but clearly something not right.
