Hiya!
Woke up this morning to the skyQ box not connecting to internet, followed all instructions, done all the resets and still nothing. Our WiFi is working for our phones/tablets/smart tv's it just won't re connect to our skyQ box, any ideas please??

@Stephanie94x if you have worked through this trouble shooter https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-permanent-connectivity-problems-basic-checks and the boxes are still not connecting then call Sky.
