I recently added Skymax to my subscription as I was only getting any/patchy WiFi in some rooms of the house. I have received nothing other than a confirmation email and have no active order on the app. Should I be receiving a WiFi booster and/or a new hub as the coverage is no better?
@Jrf264 All about the sky max is linked below, and you do not get a booster just because you added it on to your package, you need to call sky, go through all the testing etc and then a decission is made to what happens after that!
