Sky wireless booster not showing any lights . There’s no power lead just a blue lead

I have a white booster box that's connected to a sky a mini box, however the WiFi has now stopped working upstairs and this box is showing no lights. 

there's no power lead just a blue lead that connects to the mini box. 

WiFi is working fine downstairs where the main boxes are. 

is the booster box just broken?

Hi @CP13 

If the booster is plugged in and not showing any signs of life then this suggests its broken. You will likely need to report this to Sky so they can send a replacement.
