Sky wifi

There is an issue with my sky wifi. I cant access some websites and some apps dont work. Whenever i switch to 4g they work fine. 

i have tried rebooting, changing dns. Sky shield is turned off. 

Any ideas on how to fix the issue?

There was a fault with Sky starting yesterday morning affecting some customers - seems it may have been fixed in the last half hour.
