I have been booked in for an engineer visit/activation on the 11/05/23 in the AM slot, however need to amend it to the PM slot.
I've tried doing this via the link they have sent me but I just keep getting a text saying I'm already booked in for that day and can't seem to change it. Is there an email I can message to get this ammended? I cant seem to find any email or messaging service to get in contact with someone from sky.
