Sky wifi max

I have now installed my new wifi hub.  I have paid extra for wifi max.  Should a mini hub come with the package as my wifi keeps dropping out in my kitchen diner area which is only 15 meters away from the hub?  The signal is not strong enough for my Smart TV to use Apps like Netflix etc

Apologies,  read the message without my glasses on!  🤦‍♂️.  I will ask for the booster.  Many thanks 🙏🏼

Under the Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee, Sky will typically despatch one booster 'pod' after a telephone diagnosis, and potentially fit up to two more during a 'wireless engineer' visit.
