Sky wifi max poor signal

I've recently upgraded to Sky WiFi max but the reach of the new router is really poor. My pod won't connect and I barely get a signal in any room. I have tried calling several times but only get an automated response and going round in circles.

@Plsfix wifi coverage is affected by the layout and type of construction in your home but it sounds like you need a visit from a broadband engineer. Given the phone lines are extremly busy after last weekends storm I have escalated your post the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
