Sky wifi max not working

I recently upgraded to the sky wifi max hub as my previous Internet and router had issues. Now it seems to be happening again. At around 2am Ive lost wifi on all my devices and could not find my router in WiFi list its disappeared. I have tried to restart my router but it doesn't help. It's showing that there's no issues when it's running checks

 

Anyone else had to deal with this?

At 2am in the morning it could be overnight maintenance taking place.

 

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Still no internet, and the hubs just been on a continuous flashing green light all night. Run a check again and it's saying there's an issue with the broadband. Followed all the steps again that it's gave and it's still no good. 

 

Had so many issues with sky Internet over the last month. I wouldn't mind but I work from home, and need the Internet.

Appreciate that but Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won't receive additional or quicker support.

Hello I still do not have any internet connection as I was promised it would be fixed on the outside of the house I still have no phone line or telephone would someone come on Saturday morning if it's possible to help out thank you for your time yours Peter persons

If you mean the white hub (which I don't have) a previous post from @Chrisee has suggested this…

removing the power will cause the hub to reboot but to do a factory reset on the white hub 6 you press and hold in the WPS button on the side until the led flashes and then release it which takes at least 10 seconds.
