Sky white router
My devices at 2.4ghz has stopped working since my sky white router was installed

@Irene+Anderson your nee hub broadcastsca dualband WiFi signal using both the 2.4 and 5GHz bands. However some devices find it difficult to connect to a dualband signal. The trick is to go into the Hub's adavanced settings in the My Sky app turn off the 5GHz bands connect the dodgy devices then turn it back on once they are connected.
