New router

Hi, I’ve spoken to Sky twice now regarding my internet issue, and on both occasions I was told a new router would be sent out. However, I still haven’t received it. Please can you check this and confirm when the router will be delivered? Thank you.

@DarrenDonaldson you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Surprisingly replacing a hub is only going to help,if your existing hub is faulty. A new hub is unlikely to speed up the connection or improve its wifi range.
