Sky vs Openreach , full fibre broadband ,

Have moved into my new house Nov 19th, broadband was meant to be installed 5th Dec, full fibre 150, no engineer showed, no explanation, called sky who rearrange appointment for today (12th) now cancelled, new app is 23rd Dec we will see, all work has been done outside, this is the inside work, what can I do? How do I complain, it's like I'm in a battle between sky and Openreach, sky keep saying they've done all they can but I need this broadband, I have nothing, no phone signal, have a registered disabled daughter who needs the internet, it's just so stressful

@Sarah_24 Even though it may look like all the work is done outside, if there is something that has not been finished OR wise then even having the inside completed does not mean that you would have Fibre all the way back, yes it's one more monkey off the back so to speak but sky would not know that also. OR make all the calls to what/were/when it's there business to organise what is/can be very chaotic scrammble with trying to achieve it all! 

As the end customer yes you are the one who get's stuck in the twilight zone not knowing what is going on!
