I have the microfibre wifi the actual black box attached to wall keeps turning off no lights nothing and obviously won't connect to the internet why is this happening all the time, nothing is interfering with it just keeps turning off (no lights on it at all)
@Leah1986 The NO lights on at all is that every light goes off, so either power issue, psu is faulting or the black box is doing the same. Call sky to report it, 150 dialled from your landline, and linked below the boxes, as you say it is black on the wall going to say you have a CF City Fibre connected unit!
