Sky stream buffering

Joined sky last week with sky stream and WiFi however, the last 2 days we have experienced constant buffering with " normal " channels and is now becoming an issue . Still within my 31days to cancel so unsure if anyone can offer advice on how this can be resolved . As per advice reset my WiFi box but no improvement unfortunately.

@Sk19921 Sky Stream needs a good stable WiFi signal to stream smoothly. Sounds like your puck is nit getting thst from your Sky hub. First thing to ceheck is both the hub and puck are out in the open on a surface so the signal is not obstructed by furniture or radiators. After thst you are into needing to improves the WiFi in your home.

Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources. 

Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.
