According to the sky trouble shooter, my Wifi is fine. In practice, however, it keeps dropping. This almost completely prevents me from doing any work. I would like to keep my job, please.
This issue appears to be that internet connection was poorly installed by Open Reach, in a remote room of the house
This was commented on by the Sky engineer who installed Sky Wifi for us. He provided relay modules to spread the signal around the house. Howwever he doubted they would work because of poor initial installation. He said he would report that Open Reach needed to re-install internet access.
Two months have passed with no visit by Open Reach or contact from Sky. Open Reach tell me I cannot approach them directly, and there appears to be no way I can raise the issue via the Sky website.
I cannot carry out my work, and want to install a mesh. However, the starting point for this would be reinstallation of the internet connection to the house.
Grateful for advice - or preferably direct contact from Sky - as to how I can book a) Open Reach reinstallation b) Trouble shooting and mesh installation by Sky.
