Sky sky broadband
hi I am having trouble with my sky broadband. Some of my devices are not connecting to the Wi-Fi. When I look on my devices. It states at three of these items will not connect as it is not listed in the sky issue the item that will not connect on my CTV cameras They will connect for so long and then switch off. It is like I am losing signal or there is something definitely wrong with the broadband as I had no problem before until I updated my broadband would like an engineer to come out and have a look please as this is getting beyond the joke as I have been putting up with this since I have had a new broadband put in kind regards, Straw

hi what update are you talking about? I am trying to tell you that my Internet keeps going down and I have cameras attached to the Internet that will not connect to my Wi-Fi because it is not strong enough to reach to the cameras also they are not connecting to the Wi-Fi as it says that the cameras are not listed to the Wi-Fi. I asked for an engineer to come out to have a look at my Internet as this has been occurring since I've had the Internet put it in and updated as I was on slow broadband and now I am on fast fibre but the fast five is not working properly

@Vincentstraw So not sure if you are aware that you are not contacting Sky by posting on the Forum, the About at the top off the page will explain it all. Since that and you wish to have sky come sort it all out for you, then calling them is your only option. The link below and use the need more help will show you the number to call. All just customer's like you willing to help those that want it!
